Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Bubble Society, a brand operating out of Paris, France, and any person making a purchase through the website www.bubblesociety.fr (hereinafter "the Site").
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

1. Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Bubble Society to the customer.

2. Products
Products offered for sale on the Site are described as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, colors, dimensions).
However, slight variations in color rendering may occur depending on the screen or device used.
Products are offered subject to available stock.

3. Price
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding any applicable shipping costs.
Bubble Society reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Order
The customer may place an order online through the Site.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
Bubble Society reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or a payment issue.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered on the Site (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, etc.).
No banking data is stored by Bubble Society.
The order is considered final once payment has been validated by the relevant payment provider.

6. Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery times generally range from 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
In the event of a delay or lost package, the customer can contact customer service at contact@bubblesociety.fr.
Bubble Society cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or an incorrect delivery address.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Returns or exchanges can be requested by email at: contact@bubblesociety.fr.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

8. Liability
Bubble Society cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase of a product.
In the event of a non-conforming product, the customer must notify customer service by email within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.bubblesociety.fr (text, images, logos, graphic elements, etc.) is the exclusive property of Bubble Society.
Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or exploitation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection
Information collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
